Daniel S. Lewis

Dan’s practice focuses on: lifetime and testamentary estate planning; advising and providing specialized services to family offices; succession planning of closely held businesses; estate and trust administration; representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue in connection with audits, appeals, administrative hearings, payment plans and offers in compromise; income tax planning; tax compliance matters; and business transactions.
